We’ll begin the evening with some refreshing bollicine (sparkling wine) to open your appetite, followed by a tasting of 5 exceptional Italian wines, each with its own story that will transport you to the most magical corners of Italy.

To give you some examples, we’ll start with a Sauvignon Blanc, from the mountains of Alto Adige, where Terlano produces fantastic white wines. We’ll also taste a Super Toscano made with Bordeaux grapes from the prestigious winery Tua Rita, and among others, we’ll try a Passopisciaro, a wonderful wine made from Nerello Mascalese, a fantastic Burgundy-style grape that grows at 1,000 meters of altitude on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. A complete experience for true wine lovers.

During the tasting, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner with Italian delicacies: focaccia, burrata, and melanzana alla parmigiana as appetizers, followed by capellacci with figs and goat cheese, mascarpone cream, and truffle, and finally Fussilone Norcina. A fantastic dinner that will make you feel right in the heart of Italy.
